For us at Fotosmile, 2024 is a special year, one we are delighted to celebrate and share with everyone who has been part of this long journey. It was 1994 when Fotosmile first opened its doors: a moment filled with dreams and that healthy dose of fearlessness that only comes when embarking on a new adventure.
Those who stepped through our doors back then carried a simple yet ambitious vision: to transform the emotions experienced in parks into tangible, lasting memories. Perhaps we didn’t yet imagine how much we would grow, how many attractions we would immortalize, or how many technologies we would develop to do it ever better.
A family in love

Today, after thirty years of tireless commitment, we celebrate an extraordinary milestone: three decades of passion, innovation, and dedication to capturing the emotions of life’s most beautiful moments whether at an amusement park or during a museum visit. From the very beginning, we put ourselves in the shoes of those riding that adrenaline-fueled roller coaster, asking ourselves: what kind of image would we want to keep with us forever?
It is a story made of spontaneous shots, ‘stolen’ smiles, and shared memories: 30 years spent capturing images, making every instant experienced by the people we film both memorable and indelible.
40 years of photo and video solutions
From the very beginning, we have been driven by the passion and ambition to find increasingly immersive and reliable solutions. This journey has led us to develop our own proprietary photo and video technologies, proudly recognized through the many patents we have secured over the years.
From analog to digital, from bulky cameras to the high-performance systems of today, from traditional phones to smartphones: the world has changed rapidly, but we have always loved keeping pace and more often than not, staying one step ahead.
